LaHairFairy provides professional hair styling services for events such as birthdays, mitzvahs, corporate events, premieres, and brand activations. These Terms outline the agreement between you (“Client”) and LaHairFairy (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Booking & Payments

  • Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.

  • Final Balance: The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept [credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cash, etc.].

  • Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, your deposit may be applied toward a future booking within 6 months, subject to availability.

  • Company Cancellations: In the rare case we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund, including the deposit.

Event Day Requirements

To ensure smooth setup and service, the Client must provide:

  • A table and chairs for stylists.

  • A tablecloth that matches your event theme (optional but recommended).

  • Adequate space and lighting for styling.
    Failure to provide these items may impact the quality or timing of services.

Service Limitations

  • We do not provide hair cutting or chemical treatments (such as coloring) during event styling.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or violate our health and safety guidelines.

Photos & Marketing

With your consent, we may take photos or videos of our work during your event to use for marketing purposes, including our website, social media, and promotional materials.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your booking or comply with the law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
